Adjust the setting so much that everyone knows that Facebook monitors the user's day-to-day activity.  So do you want to stop Facebook from keeping an eye on you?  Improve the settings of the mobile app so much that you can stop Facebook from tracking you or tracking data.  However for this you need to have an Android phone.  This is not possible in other operating systems like the iPhone.  

Open Facebook in mobile, click on the top three horizontal lines.  Download the list at the top of the screen.  Then click on the certain above and the setting and privacy option.  Go to Settings and scroll down to the Facebook Activity option.  There you will have your collected information.  Now click on Clear History option.  Therefore all the data collected will be deleted.  Then click on the option to manage Future Activity.  Then click on Off Facebook Activity.  All of these steps are important because without them Facebook will be able to follow you and monitor them.
